Known as one of the best restaurants in Ubud, Bali, Mozaic skillfully highlights Indonesian flavors in the beautifully plated dishes.  They place a boat of key ingredients at the center of the table for guests to sniff, touch and nibble on throughout the dinner.  The server graciously explains the what that key ingredient is as each dish arrive on the table.  It’s a mishmash of Indonesian fruits, herbs and spices with top quality imported and locally grown vegetables and meats.
